At Reverie Watches, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us or exchange it for another model within 7 days of the delivery date.
How to Return or Exchange
- Return or Exchange Period: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Condition of Returns: Watches must be returned in their original condition, with all protective plastics, tape, and hang tags intact. Please include all accessories, including boxes and papers (if purchased).
- Handling the Watch: To ensure the watch remains pristine, kindly refrain from wearing it until you are certain you want to keep it. It is almost impossible to wear a watch for even a day without causing minor blemishes or scratches. Additionally, please do not resize the bracelet (no links removed) or cut any straps.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: If the watch meets our return conditions, we will process your refund promptly.
- Exchanges: Alternatively, you can choose to exchange your watch for another model on the same day, subject to availability.
